    Hi folks,

I have NOD32 V3 out there on about 15,000 clients (part of an image). Now I would like to manage these clients via the RA console and LAN Manager.

My question is can I manipulate these clients as they exist or do I have to uninstall and reinstall the RA version to have them talk to the console?

    Thanks in advance,

    Kevin

Wow, 15,000 clients.. I hope you don't point these all to one RAS.

If they're unmanaged right now you can either create a package with the proper settings and push reinstall the package or use a login script to modify the RA server address. Look for RAClientServer in the registry.

Thanks. I'll tweak the registry via policy to see how that goes.

Yes, many machines to one box. We'll see how this one server handles it :)

    Just testing at this point.

Didn't find any such beast in the registry named "RAClientServer".

Usally if a setting has not been set it won't be written to the registry yet.

Update the RA server settting on a NOD32 client then search for the registry entry.

You can drop an email to support[at]eset.com, we'll provide you with a special nup which will make the clients connect to your ERAS.
