updspapi.log (low risk malware?)

I fell asleep while defragging my system drive with MyDefrag v.4.3.1
when I woke up... Prevx flags C:\WINDOWS\updspapi.log as low risk malware

I click "Scan My PC Again", this time it says its "clean"

 

Check the Undo Cleanup in the Prevx GUI to see if it is there? If it is leave it there until one of the Prevx Mods checks the file in there database and lets you know what to do!
