    Hello,

What is the best way to update the command line scanner signature database? I don't have the avg anti-spyware program installed, so I am running the scanner alone from the ewidoscan.zip file. The signature folder contains 2000.dat to 2621.dat (currently). Is there an ftp server for manual updates? The downloads.ewido.net/update/index.html webpage doesn't seem to work with an wget file. I don't see the same numbers of dat files listed there as in the signatures folder. Thanks.

Tell me how you did that. I'm also interested in the CLI version of Ewido :)

    Hello lucas1985,

    http://download.ewido.net/avgas-signatures-current.exe
    http://download.ewido.net/avgas-signatures-full-current.exe

Delete the sig files and use these, they work fine. I built a batch file that updates and extracts the files into the directory. I use this update file extraction command: avgas-signatures-full-current.exe /S /D=c:\ewido <---- (Your path may vary)

    Thanks mate :)
I'll use the Ewido command line scanner alongside A-Squared command line scanner to check recently arrived files.
