Updates failed: 0x2105

This happen since 1st of June and all updates failed, this also happen to ESS which stucked at one file and eventually timed out, failed as result.

What does the code means? 0x2105

I had tried clear update cache, it'll perform downloads until it reached a file (didn't catch the file name) and then stuck there until it fail.

Windows 2003 with ERA 4.0.136.0
Virus Signature DB: 6171 (20110601)
Virus Signature DB Build: 9354

I'd suggest contacting customer care and supplying them with a Wireshark log from an update.

 

Had a similar problem (same behaviour but not exact the error message) see https://www.wilderssecurity.com/showthread.php?t=300715.
Restarting the ERA server service seems to have solved the problem.
