Update

    I've tried to get updates but keep getting this message, I've reinstalled
    but get same message. I have Windows XP

    Hi Benny,

    Are you talking about one of Javacool's products (SpywareBlaster or SpywareGuard)? If so, there are server problems at the moment, but once those are resolved you should be able to update.
