When will the components be updated to 2.51.26 or do I have to download it extra? And if so can I install on top?

Hi Ruben,
It really is not necessary to update to 2.51
Whilst there are a few very minor differences to resolver specific issues (which you are aparently not experiencing or you would already have known), 2.50 is quite fine. The main difference is that the 2.51 installer also includes 64-bit drivers, although if you wished you could manually update.

I am not aware of any reason that you could not install over but would suggest it is cleaner to do an uninstall, delete the ESET folder then reinstall.

Somewhere Marcos posted recently that this is (I think) just for the site blocking feature if you have it enabled and so there's been no need to update the module itself. - Old but working well

Just to correct , Marcos said that this

is not connected to the site blocking feuture. It is for worm detection , the site block feauture is different part updated
