Update TI 9 to Build 2323 from Build 2289

    After having updated to Build 2323 I checked "Help/About" and it still reports Build 2289. Since the update program indicated a successful update, have I in fact updated to Build 2323 even though "Help/About" does not indicate such?

    This is a known issue and there are threads on it in this forum. The installer in this build is messed up. Acronis says they intend to have it fixed in the NEXT build.
    The workaround is to uninstall TI 9 altogether and reinstall the latest build.

    Thank You for Your response,
    If I uninstall the current TI9 and install Build 2323 will I loose the linkage to the Acronis Secure Zone? (I have several archives.)

    No, your Secure Zone will still be there and accessible by TI.:cool:
