This is new, NOD32 has been running flawlessly since installation months ago, but suddenly just started asking for the password. Cut-and-paste from the registration Email doesn't work either. Does anyone know what might be causing this, and what might be the fix?

It is *very* annoying that there is no voice tech support, and that the sites support is limited at best. The product is quite nice though.

Blackspear: I don't know how these forums work and such, and I am not in the habit of giving passwords out. No offense meant, I hope none is taken.

Nice photos, by the way! I followed the link :)

    Cheers!

webyourbusiness: I am in Washington State, but if there is a direct phone line to Eset I didn't see it. Doesn't mean I am not blind, but I did look for one for a while.

Thank you both for the replies :)

I'm a member of staff, but that is your choice.

Fill out the form located HERE and a ESET Support Engineer will test your UN and PW.

    Cheers :D

Ahh, ok, I saw that you were a board moderator, but did not know if you were staff.

Ok, just an update for anyone that cares:

Turns out my license expired, so I renewed and all was well. The program itself never told me that it had expired, and other than the password popping up there was no indication at all.

To make matters worse, the Email address I used to purchase the software was no longer in effect, so I was not receiving notices that way either.

Anyway, just thought I would pass that along in case it helps anyone.

Thanks again for all that replied :)

Glad it all worked out, I would have trusted Blackspear with your username too.
