Update servers/update mirror question

OK so here's the deal. I have a mirror server up and working. If I go to my client and add the update server http://server:2221 it works. I can try to update from it and everything seems great.

The problem is that we have some laptops that aren't here 24/7. Sometimes people go on a business trip and are away for a few days or even weeks. As long as they are in our office, I want them to be updating off of my update server/mirror. Is there any way I can have them fallback to the official update servers?

What are the domain names/ports of those update servers?

For that to work the mobile clients must have two update profiles.

Thanks a lot! It wasn't clear to me if the program would try other update profiles if a failure occured.
