    Hello! guy's

    i have problem with my client i installed nod32 3.0.642 version but they wont update to eset server u20.eset.com. they have firewall on network cisco fix firewall. but the pc can access to internet. can u you help me about this issue. his using ISA proxy server 2000. what are the port we open on the firewall?

    help me please.

    NOD32 updater is using http connections so it should be able to use that ISA 2000 proxy service, but you need to set the proxy in NOD32 and also, if needed, provide the username (in the form: domain\user) and password in their respective fields.
