Update Acronis 7.0 Workstation/Server to Acronis 8.0 Workstation/Server for free

    Hello everybody,

    we live in Germany and bought 1 Licence Acronis 7.0 for Workstations and 1 Licence Acronis 7.0 for Server in Aug 2004. True Image 8.0 was introduced Sept or Okt 2004. In Dez 2004 we saw on the Acronis homepage that all buyer between Jul 2004 - Sep 2004 can upgrade software licence for free to Version 8.0. We fill out the Register and send a copy of the bill to Acronis in Germany. Up to today nothing reached us, no fax, no mail, no letter, just nothing.
    I writed twice to german support hotline where our licence upgrade is, without any answer. I´m not willing to buy any acronis product anymore with that sort of support and customer care.

    Does the american support can do anything for me?
    Can somebody help otherwise?
