Unstable Packages?

    Hey Guys,

    i have a question, lately when i select a package, i get a error and the whole console crashes a bit. (or atleast i get errors).


    i get this error
    10118,-111

    and a error with 10119.


    stopping the ERA server didnt worked.

    + i dont get status updates from my clients, the last connection was made like 3 days ago, my client is up-to-date but i cant see that in the console it still gives an old Signature.

    I'd suggest contacting customer care as more information is needed to troubleshoot the issue:
    - The ERA server log "C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\ESET\ESET Remote Administrator\Server\logs\era.log"
    - output from "netstat -ab"
    - the configuration from a client not connecting to ERAS

    I assume there's no firewall between the server and the client and otherwise both are mutually accessible fine.

    Thansk for the answer :), think the cause was the Testdomain self, sorry for the inconvenience.
