    Hi,
I need to use UNLOCKER to delete something, but I can't.
I always get the error that I don't have the "Debug Privileges.",
    whatever it is.
In the FAQ of the official website, it says...

" - What is "Error Debug Privileges"? It means that your Local Security Settings do not allow a Debug Privilege for your profile. Read Microsoft's documentation and set "Debug Programs" rights."

But I have no idea on how to do it, even reading the link.

    Can anybody help me please?

    Hi OHM,

You've omitted specific's. Please state the os, and whether this item's a file system or registry object?
Are the instruction's here more friendly - http://forum.sysinternals.com/printer_friendly_posts.asp?TID=1264?

*No need dwnlding that resource kit if you'd prefer to continue with ntrights. See ms mvp Bill Castner's third post here. Below perhap's getting ahead of myself in an effort to leave you with as many useful option's as possible.

*I've noticed this may not work with unlocker. No joy, see if she'll delete from a system shell.

If xp and not registry, is there access to the recovery console?

    Thanks for your reply,
    I really appreciate it.
However, I'm using Vista and it doesn't have secpol.msc thingy...
Is there anything I can do with Vista?

    Click on your start button
in the start search box TYPE secpol.msc
this should show it on the menu as soon as you have finished typing it
click it to open up the local security policy
    follow rest of instructions

The surest way to delete any file/folder that I have found is to boot from a live cd like a Paragon boot cd that can mount the drive then navigate to whatever and delete.
