Hello can anyone help me with Port Explorer ?

    I purchased the license,
Logged into the members area using the username and password from the e-mail,
Downloaded the full version of port explorer,

but low and behold no unlock code was displayed on the screen.

Each time I log into the members area I still cannot get the unlock code.

    Can anybody help ?

Where the unlock code is supposed to be on the page it is just blank and there is a link to download the full version (which I allready have done)

    Many thanks,

    Carlos

Carlos, I had problems with my unlock code. You need to send an e-mail to DiamondCS telling them your problem. portexplorer@diamondcs.com.au

They are on hoilday until January 6th 2004 so you will not get a response until then at the soonest.

Muf - thank you for your reply to my post !

One of the Moderators kindly e-mailed me explaining that he is aware there is a problem.
The problem appears to be with the Database and it will be fixed ASAP on January 6th

Thank you though and hope this is of some help to you also,

    Carlos.

Hm i was not aware of that unlock code problem not being displayed properly on the pages. So we have to wait a few days for the fix.
Installing-reinstalling PE full version doesn't help as long as you don't have the proper unlock code, so please those few more days keep what you have running at the moment till this is solved.

Sorry Wayne B my answer to you in the other thread was about the installation before i read this thread, so continue that part once the unlock code part is solved :)

5th at the latest, which is the 4th in the USA

If anyone with problems can PM me their email login, I might be able to get your code from the members area. I hope I can for any of you :)

Does this apply to my problem where the key does not work or should I expect to be hearing from someone soon about that?

Thank you to everyone who offered their assistance on this subject - I now have Port Explorer up and running and the Unlock Code worked first time.

Could not be happier - I'm new to these forums and everyone is more than helpfull.

No doubt I'll be posting questions in here again some time soon as I'm clever like that o_O :D

    Thanks again everyone,

    Carlos

I have before a couple of times, but I guess I had better send another. I think their support is supposed to be back today. It seems like a month since I bought the licence and haven't been able to use it.

I sent it from your member area. Don't know why it would bounce from there. I will try to send an email to you directly.

    Hi,

What I mean is, I cant email you back. We get this error

SMTP error from remote mailer after RCPT TO:<youremail>:
host smtp1.mindlink.net [204.174.16.4]: 550-Your IP address has no PTR record or your forward and reverse DNS don't
    550 agree.

    :doubt:

Okay, I found a different solution, emergency webmail account. Check your email for PE and CS keys :) Thanks for your patience Wayne !
