Unknown problem

Umm im not sure what is going on with my pc, but i searched and found this forum and thought it might be able to help. When i load my pc up it will load evething correctly for about 1 second than take everthing away and only leave me with mouse and another background(my "internet browser wallpaper"). than it will run spybot sd. Iv gone in through safe mode and uninstalled spybot sd. than system restored it to a previouse date. When i load it up it didnt work, than i read a forum installed spywareblaster, and restatrd. the system booted up and workd untill i clicked "restor my active desktop" than it went back to the ie wallpaper background. IDK what to do

spybot sd, says i have and "common hijacker" and it says i have a ''IGetNET''
