unknown NewHeur_PE virus

On demand In-Depth scan seems to found and nailed the items.
Options were, at the time, to move to quarantine. Done and deleted.
If the virus returns, I will submit to NOD for analysis.

Yeah let NOD32 send the file to Eset, that way it will be fixed either by adding a signature or removing it from detection.

Hello,

You can enable the ThreatSense.Net malware submission and set it to prompt before submitting suspicious files to Eset. You would continue to be able to submit suspect files to Eset, but instead of it occurring automatically a dialog box would pop up asking you to confirm the action. This would allow you to determine which files you did and did not want to send to Eset for examination, in case there was something you did not wish to submit.
