I'm having a bad time uninstalling TrueImage 8. Has anyone done it *completely*?
I ran uninstall. It barely removed anything.
Tried a procedure sent from support, for manual uninstalling, including running an
    .exe (schedmgr.exe).
In the end, I still have 3 registry keys, full of Acronis entries. They are:
    (1) "AcroVBus" and all its contents, such as "Acronis virtual HDD"
    (2) "LEGACY_ACRSCH25VC" and all its contents, such as "Acronis Scheduler2 Service"
    (3) "LEGACY_TIFSFILTER" and all its contents, such as "Acronis TrueImage FS Filter.
These cannot be deleted, even with full rights.
I'm not having any success with Acronis support on this, as they claim they are Windows entries and not Acronis.
    Anyone have any ideas? TIA.

    Hello bnear,

Thank you for your interest in Acronis Disk Backup Software.

These registry keys are created by Windows. They do not affect the functionality, furthermore, we would not recommend that you delete them to prevent possible failures. If you still want to do that please try right click on the key, choose "Permissions" and set the Full access for your account.

    Thank you.
