I have two licenses for TI Home version 10. It stopped working, saying my C++ library was corrupted, or something. I unstalled, reinstalled, uninstalled, etc., now even though the software appears uninstalled by the Control Panel Install/Uninstall applet, the directory and files from Program Files\Acronis\TrueImageHome are still there. When I boot, TIMounterMonitor.exe tries to run, and it crashes. I tried to remove the directory, even in safe mode, but it's in use.

Technical support is non existant for this "Old" software, how can I get rid of this?

    Thanks
    Doug
