Uninstall KB2670838 to rectify browser rendering issue?

I think I'm seeing the rendering problems as reported previously happening with Pale Moon 19 and particular ATI graphics set-up as reported here: -http://forum.palemoon.org/viewtopic.php?f=1&t=2228&sid=559d4a4c2587dff0967eb5072e1ba436-

Basically I'm intermittently seeing broken up/obscured type etc, but it's not too bad, and comes and goes. Just wondering if it's acceptable or recommended to uninstall the KB (or is there a better suggestion?) to rectify the issue?

It's Pale Moon 20.0.1 and ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4/5000 and HD3200 graphics.

edit: I'm thinking it would be ok to try the fix suggested, as it's not an important security update or suchlike, and I can always get it again.
edit: Well I uninstalled the update, and it's made no difference, so think I'll post question at Pale Moon forum (if I can find my pw )...
