    Id go with some of the better alternatives.

    For pc maintenance, you could try Ace Utilities. For backup you could try Karen's Replicator or SyncBack free. And lastly you could use Process Explorer instead of WinTasks.

    Whats the difference between the Free Download and Buy Now versions, site doesnt explain the differences.
