Unhack Me (trial) & a newbie to said app:

Just started a trial of Unhack Me, & the report's shown in screencap. Am I seeing an FP, or is something amiss?

You should do the following:
Create BartPE / UBCD4WIN bootable live CD and boot it.
Then check out for folders / files that do not show up when you're normally booted. If you have the specified rootkit, it will reside inside a hidden folder named something ala Defender, HD or so, alongside all its files etc.

P.S. Try also the RootkitRevealer, see what it tells you.

P.S.S. Try running these tools in safe mode, with all real-time apps disabled, e.g. firewall, anti-virus etc.
