I have a worm sitting on my desktop which I have been scanning with PrevX for the last three days with no results. Strangely I have uploaded it to VirusTotal where PrevX lists it as a worm.

    Any ideas?

    Hello,
Could you please let me know how you are scanning the file and what product you're using to scan it? The file is definitely bad in our database and would be detected as far as I can tell, unless there was something else on your system preventing it from being read by Prevx (i.e. could there be another AV also blocking access to the file?)

I am only scanning with Prevx 3.0, nothing else blocking.

Ps Internet connection is working fine.
