I have been looking through my event viewer (2k) and have a lot of the following all related to mobsync.exe. The user is shown as
    "NT AUTHORITY/SYSTEM"

I have cleaned the registry but it is still occurring. Any suggestions please.

    Hi djg05,

What do you mean by "cleaned the registry?" Was it suggested somewhere and for what purpose? *Now I'm not sure what it is you're questioning with this post. Getting rid of what's in event viewer? Why the access denied, permission's problem covered in Cliff's post, lower link? Was there an event ID or we're just fishing?
