Unable to RENEW NOD32

    HELP - my NOD32 Expires tomorrow and I am trying to renew but the error message comes up saying that my user name has expired or is invalid - can any one assist please??

    Just being curious: were you able to get the daily definitions updates this last year with your username and password?

    I hope this helps, it is a Holiday weekend in the US, the ESET Moderators may be taking some time with their families. The US ESET Office would be closed as well, unless you puchased from another reseller as FanJ said.

    That could well be the explanation ;)

    But there might also be something else going on:
    To renew your licence you have to log on with your username/password.
    It could be that the username/password of Benj2 is not being recognised at that moment. I had that happening earlier this year with NOD32-Netherlands and I had to contact them to solve it. Note that I was able to get definitions updates at that time with my existing username/password. That's why I asked Benj2 about that.
    Well, let's hope that Benj2 gets it solved :)
