Problem: Unable to rename partition TIB file in XP File Explorer

I have a full partition image TIB file on a backup drive.
The TIB file is not mounted.
I am not using Acronis Secure Zone.
I tried to rename the TIB file, but received the following error:

Cannot rename MyBackup.tib. It is being used by another person or program. Close any programs that might be using the file and try again.

In the XP File Explorer on the left panel, I can drill down into the TIB file.
I assume the Acronis True Image Backup Archive Explorer drivers make the drill down possible.
    Do the drivers inhibit renaming?

Any idea what Acronis component is preventing me from renaming the TIB file.
    Thanks in advance.

I rename/move .tib files all the time (same version as you).
I rarely if ever, use explorer to drill into a .tib
try rebooting and use explorer to get to the folder with the .tib but don't open/double click the .tib just highlight and rename - works for me.
