I have sent Eset my second email regarding this issue and still haven't heard anything back from them. I saw a previous post but it was too old to post a reply. Does anyone know what this may be? The only thing I have done when it showed up was install Home Use version of Office 2007. I was holding off un-installing that unless I have to. Any comments would be helpful.

    Hello,

I would suggest giving Eset adequate time in responding given that it is the weekend. Also, in some of our past threads concerning "probable TSR BOOT Virus", more times than not it has been a "false possitive identification".

    NOD found TSR.BOOT virus

Hello Bubba, I do not mind giving anybody adequate time. However, my first email went out about 2 weeks ago and if they are working on it, then maybe a brief email saying yes we received your reply and it is being studied. Is that too much to ask for?

Please PM me whether you submitted a customer care query via the form at www.eset.com or another website and what ID was assigned to your ticket.
