Unable to load

I've been using Spywareblaster for some time now but lately I can no longer start it. I've reinstalled but still receive this message:

After Googling for days, with no results, I have to bow low in gratitude for yr suggestion and link. What a relief!
All back to normal.
Strange enough I did check Oleaut32.dll to ensure it is the "latest" version BUT did not know about the issue that it must operate in harmony with the other three files mentioned in the link.
