I have dnloaded several times and tried to install. Install goes until the regestration window (it does not appear) then it rolls back. have stopped the virus / firewall ........and still nothing. I know it must be something simple that I am overlooking.
    XP pro. 32bit. Thanks.

Well, I finally found the problem. It was an anti-logger program that was running in the background. Kicked it out and all is well. thanks to all.
