'unable to initial ram disk '?

I Created succesfully a Rescue disk on other system.
Booting this disk on other system( NEw) works, I see the big logo of Acronis.
But...after that I get error 'unable to initial ram disk '

I've used the search, here and google, but..?

What to do?

We are really sorry for the inconveniences.

First of all, please make sure you use the latest build, which is available on our web site at http://www.acronis.com/homecomputing/support/updates/. To get access to updates you should register your software first at http://www.acronis.com/homecomputing/registration/. Please disable any download managers, internet download/connection boosters, etc. before the download.

After that please create new Acronis Bootable CD with the latest build and see whetehr the problem persists. If it does please try the "acpi=off noapic" workaround (please see https://www.wilderssecurity.com/showthread.php?t=55317 for the details) and if it doesn't help please create the sysinfo.txt and send to support@acronis.com along with the link to this thread. It will allow us to investigate the problem thoroughly.
