Unable to download new build for v9

    I had upgraded to v9 from v8 directly from Acronis when v9 first came out. As far as I can remember, there was not a new serial number needed for the upgrade. When I try to download a new build, only my v8 is registered, so I am unable to get the new build for v9.

    Can u help? Thanks.

    Hmmm... it certainly took a new serial number for ME to upgrade from TI8 to TI9.

    I don't doubt it - just don't seem to have any record of it except a confirmation of the order from Digital River. I am usually very organized with this stuff.
