unable to delete Z trojan

I was doing my weekly scans

finished Ewido - it didn't find anything.
during (or after, or no relation to..) AdawareSE scan - Nod popped up. It's unable to delete the trojan. "Error while deleting - retry"

what should I do?

-scanned in safe mode first time - 2 infected files found

disabled system restore & scanned again - none found

the virus log is unclear to me - I assume this first entry was when Nod first found it but couldn't remove it & the second - when it was deleted in safe mode (trojan has a different name?).

also why is my quarantine folder empty, if I set it to found/clean/quarantine & uncleanable/delete/quarantine?

so many questions and so little time..
