UDP filtering - not statefull?

    Hi,
    It seems to me that UDP protocol filter is stateless. I have to allow both outgoing and incoming UDP in order for UDP to function - as opposed to allow only locally initiated UDP traffic. Is this correct and also are there plans to add such functionality?
