Ubuntu screen at startup when im using linux mint.

Hello.
When i first installed linux mint 16 on my computer i would get the green LM logo when the system was booting up.

However now i have started getting a purple ubuntu 13.10 screen appearing at boot up and the green linuxmint screen has disappeared altogether.

Is this normal behaviour?
How do i get my linuxmint screen back.?
Only thing i recall doing is updating mint.

Any ideas please.?

you have changed your default Plymouth theme

i recommend you to go with default ubuntu what ever as its no big deal

just use the 1st step hope it help also backup system before just in case you mess up

re install Plymouth default theme might also work but i am not sure
