Could you please include "Prebake - Filter Obtrusive Cookie Notices‎" as standard subscription in uBlock? :thumb:

I don't think that is the proper answer to what he asked. Then I myself have to query from Impet too why ask to make it checked as default? Reasons for that?

Not checked but listed as standard subscription, so you don't have to add it yourself. :shifty:

So it is like a GOD (filter) ? People always have to believe in something, sigh. I have always been an agnostic, but confess praying some times too of course.

LOL, my bad. Is it just me or does µBlock make a great replacement for ABP, Ghostery and NoScript? In some other thread I said that I didn't like µBlock , but I think I mixed it up with µMatrix, which was way too complex for me. So I have to give credits to Gorhill, this one is much simpler, but I'm still playing around with it.

Didn't even know about this one, but the interface needs to become better.

I've noticed that with standard configuration, it doesn't seem to block all third party trackers, like Ghostery. Am I correct?

Sorry it was not clear, I'm talking about µBlock Origin, even though it seems to be simpler to operate, I'm still struggling to understand some things.

Not according to gorhill's tests. Besides, various other filterlists and hosts files are readily available in uBlock0 which you can add if you deem it necessary. And with Dynamic Filtering you can block even much more.

Is your Firefox 42.0 and not some beta that i saw you mentioning in the previous post?
Also if you have behind-the-scene blocked with an extension like uMatrix, but I think from reading the above that you don't have any other extensions installed.

Yes, will need to play around a bit more. BTW, what does it mean when scripts are marked in orange?

And this is also interesting, I have to say that uBlock does indeed feels the fastest:

Is there any way i can block entire country domains with ublock.
For example if i wished to block all chinese domains.

I have not really looked in to the settings in great detail.

I believe it is possible. I remember Raymond had this in mind when he developed this feature. In case, it does not work for you, you can also reset to default settings, from settings page.

That depends on how you configure, your addon. By default, i think it has few more filter lists selected by default, so it will block a bit more than ABP.

Can you give me an example, where something is not working for you? Also, you can open its logger to troubleshoot the issue.

Edit: bed time for me now :). Will check tomorrow unless some one hasn't replied by then :)

    hi
it works perfercly , i was my fault , bad configuration

could be added the feature disable/enable ?
maybe with a shift click on the blue icon ..
with 1 click on it we can disable for a site , with ctrl+click disable for the page and maybe a new feature (****+click ) or (alt+click) to disable/enable ublock orign

    thanks
