A friend and myself are looking to setup a killer antimalware boot cd.
I know that a few vendors have their own but I'd like to setup one that has multiple av scanning. If I could put Hitman Pro on it, that would be excellent. With the new force breach feature in Hitman it would kick much malware butt.

Let me know if you guys have any suggestions.

Have you checked out UBCD4WIN. It includes antivirus and malware removal tools. You can also add your own. I briefly tried getting Hitman Pro to work on it but didn't have any luck.

You can put some command line scanners, for example, Avira, VBA32, Panda, A-Squared, etc...

    Thanks for the info guys,

Too bad you can take a VM system and roll it out into a live DVD with ease.
I've love to be able to do that with minimum effort.
