    I am a new use and wondering if there is a Tutorial anywhere that covers the basics of backing up you hardrive image and other feature of Acronis True Image. AND, is there anyway I can get chat or live support for the home version?
    Thanks, any help would be appreciated. I already backed and it filled up my EXT HD (mabye I have multiple copies)

    Look for any messge by GroverH and in his signature at the end of the message are links to some tutorials that he wrote and which are very easy to understand.
