    hey yall,

i was just reading up on SEHOP and i was thinking about enabling it. but a user on the dsl reports forum mentioned that it stopped some of his apps from working. he didnt mention sepcifically which ones though.

so would enabling SEHOP stop everyday programs/games from working?
such as Steam, firefox, ccleaner, your securtiy software of choice?

    thanks for reading, wutsup

I used Windows 7 x64 with SEHOP for more than one month. My programs like Firefox, CCleaner, KIS, MBAM, WinPatrol, Chrome, Office 2010, IE, WMP, Yahoo, VLC, MPC-HC, Ashampoo, etc. all worked fine.
Now I changed architecture to x86. SEHOP is still enabled without any problem.

The only way to find out if it works with all your programs is to try it ;)
I previously had it on in Vista 32-bit and now 7 64-bit, and every program I use works fine :)

Use SEHOP here (W7 x64) for at least two months I never had any problem, I think it is rare to give a problem.

I activated it via Fixit. :thumb:
