try lots of time,but still can't delete it,,

From the picture you post , I can't see the file type , is it exe or is it dll , or what ...

The most recommended is to :
boot your computer into Safe Mode
You need to boot your hard drive to Safe Mode .Do this by repreatedly hitting F8 while your computer is starting before the Windows logo appears . When the Windows Advanced mode appears , choose Safe Mode and press ENTER . Wait some time and log in.

Goto Start->Settings->Control Panel -> Folder options -> "View" tab -> check "Show all hidden files and fodlers and check hide protected system files , apply and OK

Using Windows Explorer (My Computer) navigate to the file/folder where Ewido finds this adware and manually delete that file . If somehow it is not possible , restart your computer (in Normal Mode) and

use the following tools :

If the locked file is dll file type , use UnDll - the DLL removal utility , author PaoloMonti, ESET , http://www.nod32.it/tools/UNDLL.ZIP
If the locked file is another type , you can download,install and use Unlocker
