TrueImageService.exe error with module ntdll.dll

    Hello, I use TrueImage Echo Workstation.
    Sometimes TrueImage hangs when it runs a scheduled backup task.
    I get the following error:
    AppName: TrueImageService.exe, version: 9.5.0.8018, ModName: ntdll.dll, version: 5.1.2600.2180, offset: 0x00010f29.

    I have reinstalled TrueImage and replaced the ntdll.dll file, but that does not solve the problem.

    The task runs daily and backups a folder on my pc. The error appears after a few days.

    OS: Windows XP Pro sp2, pc is on 24/24, task runs daily at 6.00 am.

    Has anyone else has this problem? o_O

    Could you please download the latest build (#8039), which is available on our web site. To get access to updates you should first register Acronis software.

    If the issue is not fixed by the latest build then could you please submit a request for technical support. Attach all the information to your request along with the step-by-step description of the actions taken before the problem appears and the link to this thread. We will investigate the problem and try to provide you with a solution.
