Me too. I downloaded and extracted yesterday. Only problem I ran into was that I forgot I had it installed on my workstation because I always run it off my USB drive in traveler mode, so I had to uninstall my PC version before I could run the new traveler version.

Dismounted my external partition I use daily, launched the new version, mounted it, and have since exited traveler leaving the partition mounted, and came back into traveler with no issues.

Havent played with the new features yet, probably wont, there arent many flashy additions to play with.

TC is TC, solid as a rock. Been using it for a few months and I really like it. The day I can utilize my IronKey as a token in TC, my life will be complete.

You could consider the use of a Aladdin eToken to use with TC, works GREAT.

Absolutely. Sometimes later after encryption the RC2 of CPF 3.9 Firewall crashed two times but I guess tc wasn´t the reason either the firewall or some other cause.

OK, thanks stefan for the info. I am still using TC 5.2 on my one encrypted flashdrive. I guess it's time to update and probably HIGH time I took the plunge and encrypt my laptop's system partition.

Although I'll read up at truecrypt.org, does anyone know offhand that I can in fact encrypt my system partition without necessarily encrypting other partitions on the same physical drive?

Hehe, answer to my question: "• Encrypts a partition or drive where Windows is installed (pre-boot authentication)." was written plain as day on the front page.

No, why do you ask that? Did you have any slow down yourself?
