I found error "password/user is illegal" when i try to create backup to my nas.
Acronis software(or windows)ask's only once user/password when i browse to find backup location on nas.
I have full access to nas because I can create/delete files with win explorer.

It seems that TI uses current windows login user/password to connect to nas, not that one that acronis(windows) ask when browsing backup location
And not if I use mapped network drive with different user/password.
When i logged correct user/password everything seems to work fine.

The best solution to correct that user/password problem is that acronis add user/password input form to backup(and restore),so in every backup I can say what password is used.

    Hello Peteri,

Thank you for choosing Acronis Backup Software.

Please let us know the full product's name and the build number which can be found in the Help->About dialog.

Could you please create a step-by-step screen shots of the actions which you took to browse the backup location stored on NAS? Please also make a screen shot of the error message.

Please submit a request for technical support. Attach all the collected screen shots to your request along with the step-by-step description of the actions taken before the problem appears and the link to this thread. We will investigate the problem and try to provide you with the solution.

    Thank you.
