True Image Management Console HELP!

    Hello,

    I have downloaded the latest build of Acronis True Image Echo Enterprise Server Version 9.5.8115.
    I installed only the True Image Management Console on my server.
    Then Restarted the Server

    I did a remote install of Acronis Components(Agent) to my pc.
    Then Restarted the PC

    Both the server and my pc show I am using Build 8115.

    When I try to connect to my PC from the True Image Management Console on the server, it freezes.

    I get no error messages or see any other problems on the server.
    In task manager it says its Running, but its not doing anything. I can not choose any other options or do anything with it.

    I have to Ctrl-Alt-Delete and End Now, to close it.

    I have uninstalled and reinstalled on both the Server and PC.

    Am I missing a step or is something blocking my connection to my PC?

    Problem Solved:

    To resolve the problem you should remove the ag_echo_fconnect.dll from the remote machine where Acronis Agent is installed.

    The ag_fconnect.dll or ag_echo_fconnect.dll file should be removed from the following folder:

    * C:\Program Files\Common Files\Acronis\Agent

    It is better not to delete the ag_echo_fconnect.dll file, but to move to a different location (i.e different folder).

    Then restart the Agent machine. I was then able to connect the Agent with no problems.
