    Hello,

I'm really new to this software and I was looking for "best practices" in order to install it. I understand it has three components but I would like to see best scenarios to plan and then implement it.

For example, from what I read I could see that I should have:
1.- the Acronis True Image Enterprise Server in a server with lots of hard disk space, as well as SCSI tape backup
2.- the true image management console in many computers requiring to have access, and
3.- the agent in any server I want to backup ...

Any comment will help a lot ... Thanks in advance,

    Hello fer,

Thank you for choosing Acronis Remote Server Backup Software.

    Your plan is absolutely correct.

One more thing to add is that you might also want to have Acronis Storage Server component installed on the server with the Tape Drive connected.

I would also recommend you to read Acronis True Image Enterprise Server 8.0 User's Guide carefully prior to using this software.

If you will have any specific questions after reading User's Guide, please feel free to ask.

Please be aware that according to Acronis software licensing policy, you should purchase one copy of Acronis program per every computer where it will be used.

This means that you should purchase one license of Acronis True Image Enterprise Server 8.0 per every computer with Acronis Agent installed.

Please also note that we have a flexible system of discounts and the amount of the discount varies depending on the number of copies you want to purchase.

In case you are planning to purchase many copies, please contact our Sales Team at sales@acronis.com.

    Thank you.
