    Hi all,

I installed Acronis on linux box(RedHat5) to backup mail spool partition
    to external SCSI attached storage.
When nightly incremental backup started,I got error messages and
creation of snapshot failed. At last,OS Kernel crashed and stopped...

    Messages were like these;
    /var/log/messages
Apr 10 01:00:14 mailsrv kernel: heartbeat_timer_func: Deadlock detected. Unfreezing...
Apr 10 01:00:14 mailsrv kernel: do_resolver: Real cleanup started...

    /etc/Acronis/TrueImage/Logs/Apr_10__2009_1_00_02_AM.log
Unable to create volume snapshot (0x70021)

    Kernel Version :2.6.18-128.1.1.el5
    glibc Version :2.5-34
True Image Echo Server for Linux :Build(8115)
    Snapapi :snapapi26-0.7.29
    mail spool partition :
     Ext3,300+ user folders,over million files(about 27GB),user disk quota enabled
    External Storage :
     Ext3,Ultra320 SCSI attached RAID box(1TB)

So I downloaded the last version and updated.
After three times nightly incremental backups succeeded, but I got the
same error messages and OS Kernel crashed again.

True Image Echo Server for Linux :Build(8206)
    Snapapi :snapapi26-0.7.42

It seems that current snapapi modules don't solve my problem.
    I really lost my way...
    Please help me.
