Performed full disk backup testing on WinXP SP-2 machine with no other tasks running....
True Image 8.0 Build 923 (Normal Priority and Compression)
    = 48 min 16 sec
True Image 9.0 Build 2273 (Default Low Priority, Normal Comp.)
    =1 hr 28 min 34 sec
True Image 9.0 Build 2273 (Manual Normal Priority, Normal Comp.)
    =1 hr 22 min 56sec

Backup data over network (T-1); all tests sequential in time.

WHY THE ALMOST 2X DECREASE IN SPEED?
IS ACRONIS TECH SUPPORT AWARE OF THIS?

I have the same problem, reported to Acronis tech support. I was told they were working on it, and the next build 2277 would fix. Just for the record 2277 did not solve the issue, and now the only reply from Acronis now, is NO reply!

    Hello all,

Thank you for choosing Acronis True Image.

We are sorry for the delayed response.

Please download the latest build of Acronis True Image 9.0 (2289) and see whether the issue remains.

    Thank you.
