True Image 8 & 9 - ntfs permission stipping

Hi everyone,

I just recently noticed that both Acronis True Image 8 & 9, back-up folders/files with their ntfs permissions intact.

However, I want to be able to backup my folders/files 'without' the permissions - just as I was able to do in Norton Ghost.

Is there a way to manually disable or turn off backing up folder/file permissions, while using Acronis True Image 8 or 9 to make a hard drive image? Thanks

I'm afraid that it's impossible to disable or turn off backing up files/folders permissions in Acronis True Image.
