trouble with Threat at locked file

When NOD32 4.2.67.10 found a Threat, but the file was used at this time from other software he copies the file in quarantine again and again and again.
He also show she baloon popup about the Threat again and again. In the quarantine I found 100 copies of that file.

Nod32 blocks the file untile the next start of the Computer (with only one baloon popup about the Threat) and copies the file at boottime in quarantine (one time).

Nod32 unlocks the file immediately (with or without user interaction) show one baloon popup about the Threat and copies the file in quarantine (one time).

 

Are you sure it was one file that's locked, and not a file being created multiple times by another process?

I'd suggest booting in safe mode and running a full scan, to see if anything else shows up.
