It seems like whatever is happening, is related to the fact that none of the fixes stick after a reboot of the computer. Most of the instructions I have received to fix the problem of TH Guard reverting back to older information, is that following the instructions seems to work--it does update to the latest updates--but after reboots it always goes back to old information. I think it is probably just a glitch and will probably be fixed shortly. I noticed that after reboot the European updates, which were supposed to fix the problem of the USA updates, they do not stick and when you do another European update it all updates again rather than saying you have the latest updates.
