Whenever a virus is detected in operating memory, it is necessary to restart Windows in Safe mode first and then perform a full system scan to find and delete/clean the infected files.

Could this advise be included in the NOD help file or at least be a pop up when such a virus/infiltration is discovered.

I can't see anything in NOD help files about it

I can see a lot of people getting very worried with a message that NOD has discovered a virus but can't delete or fix it and with no other advice they would be confused to say the least.
