    Hello there.

Sorry if this isn't the right place for the post, i'm new here.

I have a virus "trojan.Zlob" and can't remove it from my pc.

I used spyboot, adaware and norton anti virus and it stills infected.

First, i would like to ask how can i remove the automatic dial up connection to internet since everytime i login the internet connection starts by herself.

Second, i have updated the definitions virus in norton, check a scan to c:, where the virus is and still couldn't remove it.

    Thanks in advance

Just to answer some of your original questions.

Both SpyBot and Adaware in there current builds(capabilities) and update cycles are falling foul against more recently emerging more entrenched malware infections.

Norton AV is not a BotKiller and although it can detect fingerprints its cleaning capablities are somewhat limited.

Net result(Z-lob infection)= you've got an AV that tells you there is a baddie but can't clean and the Grandad and grandma of the botkillers left to hang there heads in failure.

The automatic dialup is caused by one of the infection imported bots trying to phone home. The way to stop it is to kill the bot :)

Heres a couple of free softwares that deal with the Z-lob& freinds better than your current setup.

    http://superantispyware.com/

    and

    http://www.grisoft.com/doc/downloads-products/lng/us/tpl/tpl 01?prd=triasw

Since nothing 100% guaranteed it always best to still post a HJT log for review by an expert to get the all clear/further instruction.

You also might want to consider looking to an alternative AV that is more effective at its duties.IRC Avast,AVG and AntiVir all do some good free AV softwares.

    So all the best:)
